Been very busy lately! I can contribute my stamina to my new eating habits. Thanksgiving dinner was two plates of salad tonight. I went green all day.
It is always good to know that I can control one thing in my life. That one thing is how I choose to maintain my health. We are all a culmination of the decisions we have made. I see this at the gym every day.
At the gym, I see what makes winners and what makes those who come up a little short. In the PH Miracle, one of the things Dr. Young emphasizes is sweating every day. Sweating always helps the lymph system to clean out toxins through the 4 pathways. I don't understand why some people will stop working out as soon as they see sweat. Or even more astonishing is seeing people walk into the gym dry and walk out dryer!! I guess some are just there to be seen or are looking for a mate.
Life is full of spectators. Someone once said you can join the parade of life or stay in the stands. I am choosing to be a participant. I feel that I have so many things I want to do with my life. As I approach halftime, I am reevaluating my goals and some of the things I want to do. Way back in the blog, I mentioned 10 things I want to accomplish. Here's another one.
How about a 1/2 hour ride in an old Russian Mig!! I remember reading in the Robb Report years ago that they are available for a premium price. If the money is there, why not. I hope to leave it on the field when I am done.
I strongly recommend everyone get the PH Miracle. Then read it! I think it is much more than a weight loss set of books. The series is about putting yourself in a position to win longterm. If more people choose to make a few simple changes, I think we can change our health care system. Having worked in the health care system for the last 15 year, I know we need some changes.
As I have promised my son, I do plan on starting podcast next week. As I said before, I plan to make a synopsis of this journey and then do some self interviews. I also plan on getting some folks in the raw food community to allow me to interview them. I think everyone who is on this journey has a story to tell. I hope to have that setup very soon.
